200 Living Wage Employers

Twenty more employers have now been certified as paying their staff and contracted workers a Living Wage.

This means that we will be ending the year with 200 certified Living Wage Employers!

Artee Screen Printing's discount for Living Wage Employers. 

A Vancouver print-shop is offering savings on their services for other Living Wage Employers.

Eleven employers across BC recently received certification as Living Wage Employers.

The newest Living Wage Employers are Aplus Cleaning, Artee Screen Printing, Aspire Professional Corporation, Cascadia Innovative Ventures, Community Futures Central Kootenay, Habitat for Humanity Mid-Vancouver Island, Hakai Energy Solutions, Jillian Harris Design, Para Space Landscaping, Squamish Nation and West Coast Building Restoration Inc.

The Living Wage for Families Campaign has decided to freeze the living wage for 2020. 

On Monday 1 June 2020, the minimum wage for workers across the province increased. However, there are still thousands of families in BC who are living below the poverty line because they are not earning a living wage.
