With their employers’ commitment to providing a Living Wage, direct employees and numerous contracted workers can experience greater financial security. The assurance that basic needs can now be met alleviates significant stress, and takes a step towards addressing affordability for workers.

This month we have certified Living Wage Employers in different sectors and communities. From community organizations like the Sandspit Community Society to businesses like Massy Books Inc, Optibus Inc, Cumberland Cleaning Co and Brooks Corning Company Ltd.

We are proud to celebrate these organizations for stepping up and ensuring their teams earn a wage that reflects the true cost of living.
